All in my opinion based on $70,000 and 4yrs - Mr Tilton does a good job of selling himself to get you to sign the engagement, here's what happened afterward: - Couldn't be bothered to file my requested property division on time - therefore it was not considered, community estate value was over $500k - When asked for a copy of my file I was sent email exchanges between him and myself.. what happened to all the paperwork I paid for? - When pushed to deliver evidence against another attorney that was in physical form (a physical file to be used in litigation) Tilton couldn't find it and played stupid... how convenient for the lawyers... - Lost my passport and data stick (which of course had relevant data)

Brad and his staff did an excellent job when I got hurt on the job. He was extremely knowledgable and up front about my case and was able to settle the case for more than I thought I was going to get. My family is forever greatful to Brad.

Brad is an amazing attorney. He handled my divorce 5 years ago and took my case again for a custody case. He is honest and trustworthy. He will fight for you as long as your are honest with him. He gives great advice. He fought for me and won my case. Thank you Brad for being there when I needed a great attorney again. Will continue to use you but I hope I never need to again.

Brad did a great job on my personal injury case. Even though it was not what I would consider a large case I was impressed by the fact that Brad handled the case from beginning to end. Jackie did a great job keeping me up to date with what was going on with my case. He was able to settle the case for a much larger amount that I was expecting. Very saitisfied with this Firm and I would definitely recommend.

Brad and his team did a great job. Got me more than I was expecting in my PI case. They were quick, efficient, and treated me with respect. Thanks Brad!

Mr. Tilton was good in the initial meeting where I provided a $$$ retainer. After that, it was weeks to get a first draft and many weeks without a response despite continued follow up. In the end, opposing counsel also wondered about his lack of responsiveness and whether he and I were communicating at all. After several frustrating months, I asked for any kind of response and subsequently terminated the relationship when no response was received. I still have yet to get a response from Mr. Tilton and have requested an accounting/refund for my retainer and continue to receive no response. Bad legal service, responsiveness all the way around and would not recommend.

I hired Brad on 2 cases. When court day came he had not even looked into a lot of the stuff, it was not on the discovery so we couldn't even use it. The only time you can get a hold of him is if he wants money. I'm sad to say after 4 years with him, it was the biggest mistake I've ever made. He talks a big game, but I'd send him back to the minors, on game day he won't deliver

I hired Brad after my husband took my child out of State and filed for a divorce in Oklahoma. Brad and my Oklahoma attorney worked well together and my child was returned to me and the case remained in Texas. In court Brad did a great job getting my ex to have supervised visits because of him being a flight risk. He worked hard to protect me and my child during this difficult time in my life. He had a good court presence and was able to make my ex look like the horrible man he was. If I do have one knock on him is that he is a little difficult to get in touch with because he seems to be in court a lot. I suggest if you hire him you ask him for his cell phone number. I did and he gave it to me no problem. Other than that he was an excellent attorney and i highly recommend him to anyone who has a custody issue.

Very bright lawyer, and very nice... its a shame that he never returns phone calls or contacts you. He represented me in my divorce and EVENTUALLY i got it... but not after a long time of run-around and dealing with his inept office. They kept asking me the same things over and over, information i had repeatedly given him. One of the many courtdates i had, he did not show up and sent some girl who had no idea what was going on and it got reset again due to the fact that my ex husband was not notified of the divorce! They failed to send him anything. Also, the final Divorce Decree that was supposed to be used, was not. Make sure you look over everything! I have been calling and leaving messages trying to get him to fix this as it left out a very important detail. Hopefully he will redeem himself by fixing this error.

Unfortunately I hired this attorney to represent me in my divorce case. He did NOT give me ANY GOOD advise at all. I kept sending him messages like "please reply to me, I need your advice" with no avail. I have enough proofs with the emails I sent to him and got no response from him. I don't even need to say what the outcome of my divorce was. I didn't know that I could have fired him the very first time he didn't take the courtesy of responding to my emails, text messages or phone calls. To me, he is totally unprofessional with little or no knowledge of divorce laws and of course unethical to his profession.

Brad and his team managed to pull me through a divorce, which I'm sure he would say was far from norm. You feel very comfortable with them, and they make you feel part of the group which makes communication very easy. Great lawyer and great person, I can highly recommend, and would recommend to anyone in my family or friends.
