I tried to handle my case after claiming on my own though was unsure of response times and obtaining treatments without an LOI, (letters of intent) to pay medical bills. Driving on the freeway... I kept seeing the Brian White billboards and decided to give them a call. Mrs Gamboa was assigned to me and conducted the assessment. I was looking for someone tough and she came through as well as her team though we did not end up going to trial, the end results were favourable. I was also impressed with Josh Brenner who assisted her in the med bill deductions. I must say, as he admitted I was his first case assigned to him to work on, he really also came through in excellence all around. Hired Brian White and Attorneys to handle my case after I was involved in a car accident. I was honestly disappointed for a while since communication was lacking and no one ever knew what was going on. That is until Ashley Moreno took on the case. She was excellent! My case has taken some time to come to a close but only because I needed quite a lot of therapy and a surgery following the hit-and-run accident I was involved in. I felt like no one was looking out for me when an uninsured driver rear ended me at a stoplight. Although no one disagreed on the person at fault, the compensation offered was not reasonable or fair. I didn’t know what to do, then I found the Law firm of Attorney Brian White. My attorney, Gramm Klein, was a turning point of hope for me. I could finally let that stress go, knowing he had my back and was fighting for what was right and fair.
