I was referred to Attorney Brian White after I was involved in a car accident in September 2018. Since day one of meeting Attorney Brian White he was very pleasant, professional, emphatic, and knowledgeable. He and his assistant Angie made me and my fiance, who was also involved in the accident, feel very comfortable. Attorney White was very informative and reassured us he would be able to assist with our case. Never in my life i thought i was goin to have to get an attorney at first i was a little iffy bout the whole process. I was metioned to the attorney and from the first minute all the way till the end they took care of me. I am thankful for Brian White and his team, Kimberly and Laura. I fell down wobbly stairs and broke both ankles but had no insurance to pay to have a surgery to set the bones and the emergency room wpuld not do it. Brian paid for my surgery and after physical therapy I am still having a little bit of pain but have made a good recovery. If the surgery had not been done the bones would have fused incorrectly. Brian fought hard to get the most amount of money on my case. We repeatedly rejected their low offers and even rejected the top offer at mediation because we thought it was worth more. Brian got ready for trial, then they finally paid, and actually paid more than me and my family expected. Then, they also got the medical bills cut to put more money in my pocket. My parents hired a financial advisor to manage the settlement amount. I recommend Brian White!

It took about a year and a half to get this settled, but I did come out on top. My medical bills were insane and they were able to get them down to ensure that I had money in my pocket! Kimberly is wonderful. I appreciate all of her time that she put into my case!
