I hired Jose about two years ago to help me with a assault of a peace officer case after a fight at a bar. Never had a felony on my record so was really scared. I felt better as soon as I met with Jose. He explained everything clearly and although we had a to go to court for almost a year, the case was reduced to a misdemeanor deferred adjudification so I'll be able to seal my record. With the evidence and tough court, I was really happy with what Jose was able to do for me. Him and his office were great and I highly recommend him.

I wanted to take a second to write up my experience with Mr. Ceja. He handled a DWI case for me about 3 years ago. I was pulled over and put in a very scary situation by the Pasadena police. They arrested me for DWI and not being in that situation before, I decided to blow. Having a conviction on my record was not an option so we took it to trial. Mr. Ceja was able to show that the officer made up lots of facts in his police report and also showed problems with the breath machine. NOT GUILTY!! I was happy to see he started his own firm (his old boss taught hime well!) and I recommend him to anyone facing legal troubles.

I hired Jose to defend my DUI charge. I was driving home from a bar and got stopped by the police for speeding. One thing led to another and they took me in and charged me with DUI. I blew over the limit on the breathalyzer. I was scared because I could lose my job and lose everything. The prosecutor wasn't budging so we ended up taking the case to trial. Jose found problems with the breath machine and the jury said NOT GUILTY. Thank you Jose! Highly recommended.

I was fortunate to get recommended to Mr. Ceja's office by a friend. My daughter got charged with DWI after hitting a tree. Her blood was over the legal limit and she had a lot to loose as she is a college student. I was comfortable with Mr. Ceja from the first time I met him and we hired him.
