You hope you never need legal counsel, of course. But I’m so grateful that the amazing attorneys here were ready when my family and I found ourselves with exactly such a need. A few years ago my husband nearly lost his life due to the negligence of another. It turned our world upside down. When PMR took on our case I wasn’t familiar with the firm. I’ve worked with different firms and attorneys in my career and not all are equal. I felt very uncertain in an already uncertain time. But any hesitations I may have had were quickly put to bed. Drew and Tej in particular took amazing care of us, keeping us updated (as anyone who’s been through legal matters can attest, they take time!), and staying remarkably organised. They handled everything smartly, but never coldly. If we had questions or just got antsy when things didn’t seem to move fast enough they never hesitated to get back to us quickly, and unfailingly treated us with empathy and respect. And importantly, they spoke to us with honesty. Every case has strong and weak points, but I never felt like they glossed over any of it. Every step of the way I felt informed and empowered and supported. It never seemed hopeless, but I also never felt like they gave us unrealistic expectations.
