I was in a car accident that involved 2 pick up trucks and a 18 wheeler right before my sons birthday party. Luckily, my friend referred George Oginni to help facilitate the process for me. George was very attentive, caring and detailed from beginning to end. He did an absolute amazing job with staying on top of things and being transparent. He was able to get me a bigger settlement than I could have imagined. I appreciate everything that George and his team did for me!

To be honest, I don’t know where to start! From the beginning of my MVA, Oginni has been so helpful, kind, & VERY PATIENT! A twenty-one month case/process...even when I wanted to give up & give in, he kept pushing for me. I’m very grateful just to hear about him from a mutual friend that everything she said was correct. PROFESSIONALISM TO THE TEE because some months were very hard for me and my sanity lol. When we go thru these type of accidents, it’s a very big burden to us especially when it’s not our fault and we feel alone. To have a law firm/attorney behind you ten toes down is the most reassuring feeling. Didn't want to go forward with my case after a few months. Weren't confident in their ability to use rights and the law in the favor of the victim. My case was straightforward, his word vs. mine. However, I had witnesses and the police report was in my favor, easy win, just wanted representation. Still they declined to help because I neglected getting injury rehabilitation which is just a fancy word for a massage.

I gave them a ⭐️ ⭐️because of the receptionist. Anyways to each it's own. I choose to work with PMR Law on my case seeking help because I had read great reviews on them and reading their website as well. My experience with them has not been so great. No one reaches out to me to let me know anything about my case. My case started back in 3/2021. I would always speak to the receptionist Zayra Acosta. And I don't think she is no longer with them anymore. Now don't get me wrong my first attorney passed away & I was told when I called about my case. I was very understanding. Then I was informed that Benjamin Harris Ruemka was now over my case. I spoke to him one time when I called. I guess my case was not important enough and got thrown over to Brent Phelps somehow because when I called to check on it again I was told he was over the case. I was always told that he was in a meeting and they would have him reach out. He emailed me one time saying that they sent a letter of demand to the company, but never received a response, and that we would probably have to go to court. I was told that by all of the attorneys I have had, and they also told me if they don't respond in 30 days we can move forward. Now it's 2/2023 30 days has been around several times. I haven't heard from Brent Phelps or Benjamin Harris Ruemka no one from PMR Law has reached out to me. I asked several times do I really have a case because of the responses given. Or did they just drop it I was told no every time and if so they would send me a letter in the mail. No letter has been received! The last emailed sent by me to Brent Phelps was 4/20/22 No response as of today 2/2023. To each it's on, but I just wanted to give my insight on PMR Law. Because I read reviews & give reviews because they help me make choices on purchases I make, they help me choose a doctor & more usually I have a great experience. These reviews led me wrong and I even turn down an attorney that was willing to take my case to stay loyal to PMR Law. As a client they have not made me feel like an priority providing me with personalized attention or tireless representation. They have not been dedicated to seeking justice for my case. Like it states on their website under our story. Those are some of the reasons they give to us as of why we should chose them. I just wanted to advise everyone that maybe looking for representation to seek God and pray for him to lead you to the right law firm. That's something I wished I would have done. Now you can carry on, but I hope this review helps you. 🙏🏿

Do not hire this firm. They will literally have you sign a contract and then start there was something wrong with it, than have you sign a 2nd contract with them for your personal injury claim, and then 2-3 days later, when you’re set on them as your representation, they will call you and shamefully say they have to resign from the exact contract that they had you sign twice before without an honest, respectable reason why. Sad, greedy excuse for people that are supposed to help.
