If I could give ZERO stars, I absolutely would. I was recommended this law firm by a family friend, and I deeply regret trusting them with my case. It’s been nearly three years since I filed my claim, and absolutely nothing has been done. Every time I call, I’m met with the “assistant” Victoria, who has no answers and can’t provide any updates. Her response is always the same: “Someone will call you back.” Spoiler alert: No one ever does. The lack of communication and professionalism is off the charts. I feel completely ignored, and it's clear they don't care about their clients. This firm is either incompetent or outright scamming people out of their settlements. The recent positive reviews? I wouldn’t be surprised if they were fake or paid for. Do yourself a favor and avoid this firm at all costs. There are plenty of attorneys in Houston who actually know what they’re doing and treat their clients with respect. Save your time and money – this firm is a waste.

Lassiter law firm was a tremendous help. Lidia and Isiah showed great hospitality and kindness. Isiah even was willing to show me down to the food court so i could grab me a bite to eat. They will forever be in my favor and i will always recommend them to ANYONE with a personal injury. Thank You, Thank you, Thank you !!!!

I have been dealing with Lassitier Law for over a year now. They do not respond to emails or phone calls which is frustrating. If I could find another attorney to pick up my case and help me out I would but according to them the case should be completed July/August which I do not have confidence that it will be. I feel like this case has been drug out way too long. Seek assistance elsewhere there’s tons of attorneys willing to help.
