Last year, I was involved in a pretty serious car accident. Besides the damage to my car, I was needing medical care, which my family and I were completely unprepared for. I did a lot of research and came across Attorney Brian White's website. I was able to make an appointment the very next day. I didn't know what to expect as I had never been in this situation before and have always had that bad image of personal injury lawyers. Brian White was not only professional, but was also very comforting. His extensive knowledge about insurance company's limitations (which have always been very confusing to me), and guidance on what the next steps were, are what got me through this terrible situation. Throughout the case, he was always available to answer my questions and I never once felt alone. It was really nice to have someone working to make sure that I got the medical attention I needed and that someone else's carelessness did not cost me or my family any out of pocket expenses.

I come to know Brian White through a recommendation from a friend and I am very happy I did, Mr. White helped me through a tough time with an injury, from the very beginning I knew I made the right choice, Brian and his staff are top notch and second to none in my opinion. His knowledge and determination to get me what I needed and to settle my case when the time came was such relief to me. I honestly never had to worry about anything as Brian and his staff were readily available to answer any and all questions that I had during the time he represented me. If the time comes I ever need an attorney I know who to call, and to anyone that needs someone that actually cares about his clients I highly recommend Brian and his associates.

My wife was seriously injured in a tree stand while we were hunting together. She's very lucky that I was there to grab her, or she'd have fallen over ten feet to the ground below. As a result of the accident, she sustained some very serious back injuries, and a minor knee injury. Throughout her recovery, she required two surgeries. We didn't contact Mr. Brian White immediately, as we didn't realize that her injuries were as serious as they were. Once we fully comprehended that this would be a long process to heal and recover, we had a phone consultation with Brian White. From the very moment we met Brian, we realized that he wasn't like most other "ambulance chasing" attorneys. He was genuinely concerned about my wife, and her recovery. It wasn't until we were well into a law suit, that financial compensation even came up. Mr. White exercised the highest levels of professionalism throughout the few years that my wife's case was open. My wife has recovered as good as can be expected for now, despite the fact that she'll never be back to 100% like she was before the fall. Towards the end of the case came the process of negotiating a possible settlement, in the hopes of avoiding a long trial. Making a very long story short, Mr. Brian White negotiated a very generous and fair settlement. He even went as far to cut his costs to virtually nothing to allow for the most cash in our pockets. I have already recommended Mr. White's business to a close friend of mine who's just had a very serious car accident, and I'd highly recommend him to all reading this review as well.

We were sent a letter from the Lassiter Law Firm asking us to contact them to discuss a settlement for one of their clients. We had no record of being involved, in any way, with their client. When we contacted Lassiter, for clarification, they responded that their client was unsure of what company was responsible for their claim and to disregard the letter they sent us. This type of behavior gives Lawyers a bad name and is a poor reflection on the Lassiter Law Firm.

The other review is very true and the staff is very unprofessional and rude.
