I have been dealing with Lassitier Law for over a year now. They do not respond to emails or phone calls which is frustrating. If I could find another attorney to pick up my case and help me out I would but according to them the case should be completed July/August which I do not have confidence that it will be. I feel like this case has been drug out way too long. Seek assistance elsewhere there’s tons of attorneys willing to help.

I got into a very bad car wreck June 1st 2023. So when I was looking for a law office to represent me I did my research because I absolutely refused to go to Jim Adler as I have in my past and they took way more than 3/4 of my money between doctors bills and lawyers expenses I was basically left with pennies. After looking at this law firm with Brian White and Associates I decided to go with them because of the great reviews that they have and all of the research I did on them. It was a process like any lawsuit but they managed to get everything done in about 10 months total with the money in my pocket. Josh Brenner was the one that represented me and was my case manager about 2 months into it because my very first case manager I don't remember that person's name because they are no longer with the company and I'm glad they made a change on that case manager because they were horrible. But since Josh Brenner took over my case he was absolutely amazing as far as communication and taking the extra steps to make sure that I got everything I deserved out of the case. I also learned about three or maybe four months after he was appointed as my case manager that he turned into an attorney so he got his license to become an attorney but that didn't stop him at all he continued to represent me as my case manager and still did not drop me regardless of his status. I love the fact that I could talk to him and be myself and he is an amazing individual and very often would even ask how am I doing is the recovery going okay how am I feeling Etc. And if he was not in office then his secretary Flavia Cunha was always available to help answer any questions that I had if he was not in office or available. She was very sweet always very helpful and amazing at returning messages to Josh as well. They are a great team and I would highly recommend this law office to represent you. If you have the pleasure of having Josh represent you or Flavia you are in great hands they honestly really do truly care about you as a person and not just another number like Jim Adler did to me. It's nice to actually feel like a human being instead of just a number. I would give more than five stars if I could but unfortunately it only stops at five stars. This law Firm is highly recommended!
