From the start of my accident case the staff of Brian and Associates have been very tentative. I begin the process in 2023 (Aug/Sept) with a different caseworker, however my process ended with Ashley Mareno and I can honestly say she has been very helpful in every way possible. Definitely great at communicating, which is priority for me. Whether by a text or an actual phone call, she always followed through with updates. My experience is, Ashley takes her job serious and make you feel comfortable with the process. She did not leave me hanging with questions in the air. Personally I believe Ashley is a great asset to BC & Associate who showed honesty and sincere compassion towards my case. Her patience and calm demeanor made me feel I was more than just another number to the business. She's very detailed and informative in her work. She called me UNEXPECTEDLY right before the end of the year and assured me that she was working to get things wrapped up for me and explained the time line of the process.
