My case manager was Ashley Moreno she made the process easy and understandable. Awesome communication and was very nice!

Terrible. Go elsewhere. They set up physical therapy for me and months later didn’t even remember? Didn’t have records of it? Didn’t know about it? I had to let them know and find the records. Months went by with no calls, no updates NOTHING. It’s been more than a year and no resolution; My car was total, my back was/is affected and I only have a LOW proposal that doesn’t do any justice!! Ashley is the only reason why I haven’t try to take my case elsewhere. When she took the case I felt someone was finally on top of my accident. Anyways, I was expecting a law firm that was going to fight for my case and that hasn’t really happened.

I tried to handle my case after claiming on my own though was unsure of response times and obtaining treatments without an LOI, (letters of intent) to pay medical bills. Driving on the freeway... I kept seeing the Brian White billboards and decided to give them a call. Mrs Gamboa was assigned to me and conducted the assessment. I was looking for someone tough and she came through as well as her team though we did not end up going to trial, the end results were favourable. I was also impressed with Josh Brenner who assisted her in the med bill deductions. I must say, as he admitted I was his first case assigned to him to work on, he really also came through in excellence all around. I would definitely give them another shot should I find myself in an unfortunate circumstance. I was well taken care of throughout the process as well as informed. If you’re looking for a solid attorney and team call Lex Allgaier, David Valetutto and Andrea Arteaga. I was in an unfortunate car accident and these three handled my case like true professionals. Communication was always on point. I pray I never need to hire accident attorneys again but if I do I’m for sure calling these guys!
