I referred a family member to this firm. I could not be more satisfied with the efforts and result obtained by the firm attorney, Lex Allgaier, and the case manager, Marco Castro. They dealt with a very inattentive and unresponsive insurance company, and its representatives. They were professional at all times, and eventually achieved an excellent result beyond what I would have expected. Lex and Marco truly went "the extra mile" to fully compensate their client. Lastly, they communicated with the client, as to the status of the claim, and kept her informed at all times.
