Mr. Yong has a special way of knowing how to approach a particular case before the The Board of Nurse. He knows how certain personalities on the Board can affect a case. He was very impressive when he handled the case. At the same time, his also very friendly and accommodating.

I had been falsely accused of fraudulently creating a chart on a potentially violent patient without actually seeing the patient. Mr.Yong subpoenaed the video tapes from my shift and disproved the claim as the footage confirmed that I was with the patient. Not only was I not charged with fraud, but all accusations of fraud were removed from my record, including from the filed complaint. Highly recommended

I had a complaint to the board about 6 months ago and Mr. Yong was the first lawyer I contacted for the complaint and he worked with me completely for payment spreading it across 6 months instead of a large lump sum. Also, he was very precise about what he needed and my statement and very time efficient! My statement would’ve gotten me in more trouble probably but his knowledge and intuition of how it should be worded is what helped my case completely! I didn’t receive a warning or nothing...
