I am an attorney and use Elizabeth's services often for mediation. Elizabeth is well-versed in family law and is very effective. Her "no non-sense" attitude may be misinterpreted at times as being harsh but the more I mediate with Elizabeth, I appreciate her efforts to go beyond just carrying offers back and forth and actually attempt to help parties come up with creative solutions. As always, lawyers have to determine many factors in choosing a mediator for their clients, on a case-by-case basis, and I will continue to use Elizabeth given those factors.
