Occasional instances of poor customer service and lack of responsiveness
“They called and rescheduled again. So the third time he went in, got there a little early and was told the lawyer wasn't there at the moment. He waited 30 minutes and the lawyer came out and was condescending and rude to him and asked him 'just what do you want' and then when he told her she said 'you couldn't do this over the phone' then they tried to reschedule him again!!!”
