Getting in touch with one has been a challenge and getting a return call as well. I have to go up in person if I want to get questions resolved. However, they aren't a bad law firm once you get someone. I would just like a little more promptness on return calls.

Originally had given the law firm $500 at a retainer for a lawsuit. After recieving the money I never heard back from him, called numerous times only to reach his secretary. When I would ask for a call back it would never come, it feels like he just took my money and put my on the back burner for weeks. When I finally got in touch with him it seemed he barely remembered the details of my case, and so I finally decided it wasn't worth pursuing. I asked for a partial refund of the $500 retainer since the only reason I made the deposit was with the intention of a lawsuit. Since I wasn't going though with it, I thought it was fair I receive a partial refund. He didn't, so thats fine. But I don't think he gave me adequate customer service especially after recieving money. That's why it's 3 stars.
