When CPS showed up to my door I was so scared! I had never dealt with anything like this! I had called another lawyer and she acted like she didn't even want to talk to me unless I hired her. I looked online for good CPS case lawyers and found Brad Scalise. After reading all the positive reviews I felt that he would definitely be able to help me. Before I even hired him I was able to talk to him and ask questions and he made me feel a lot better about the situation and sure that the case would end with a positive resolution. Through the whole process he walked through it with my family, kept me informed, and really cared. He was very reasonable and was willing to work with me and offered a payment plan. It was so worth hiring him! Do not try to handle your CPS case on your own. We are at a loss because we don't know much about CPS and their processes, but he knows all the ins and outs of CPS and what they are legally allowed and not allowed to do and he will fight for you! I would recommend him to anyone!

These reviews aren't wrong. 5 stars is NOT enough!!! I give him 10! I hired Brad after months of dealing with CPS alone and getting absolutely nowhere. Best decision I ever made!! Within just 2 weeks of taking the case, Bradley had negotiated a plan with CPS to bring me and my babies home to see their dad for the first time in 2 months. When Bradley got our case, he immediately jumped in and wanted to know everything he could to represent us the best way possible. He communicated quickly and clearly through email and over the phone. If I had a question, he had an answer. Straight to the point and thorough. I would recommend him to anyone dealing with a CPS case. Don't do it alone! Let Bradley speak for you. You won't regret it!! I've never had such a hard time getting in contact with a attorney. I would get emails from the courts about my appearances before I heard anything from him.He did get my case dismissed but its been nearly a year and he hasn't gotten my property returned to me.Said the judge been out from signig orders. Its been 7 months now and he still ain't answering my emails. Maybe he treat in-state clients better. Overall a bad experience dealing with him wish I would of took my 1500$ else where.

Agreed with the other reviews, 5 stars is definitely not enough! I would recommend Brad to anyone! Velma and he were absolutely amazing!! Very quick, very responsive, and truly have your best interest at heart. Brad went above and beyond for me! I can't thank him enough for all of the advice and hard work on my behalf. We were very scared and felt out of control when CPS came into our life. I found Brad and he literally lifted that right off our backs. He was not only very experienced and had CPS knowledge, he was an amazing support and back bone to let us stick up for ourselves in a professional manner. If you feel like this and you feel like CPS isn't listening to you, please call Brad ASAP. He always response urgently and will guide you thoroughly through an action plan to close your case. I was surprised that he listen to so much of my emotional side of things as well being emotions can run pretty high during these situations. He is very compassionate and present. The case was closed within 2 months which was perfect timing for us, if there was at any kind of perfect timing for CPS to be there. I highly recommend him. You are the best Brad!
