Mr.Scalise took care of a speeding ticket for me in no time at all. I didn't loose time having to go to court, and only paid a small fee. Well worth my time to stop in and ask what he could do for me.

If you want anyone in your corner it should be Mr. Scalise. I hired Mr. Scalise on a holiday weekend, as soon as Tuesday came around he already had the ball rolling on my cps case. He keeps you in the loop with every email he sends/receives about case. He will fight for what you want and get you exactly what you ask for!

Brad is good guy and better lawyer. He helped me convey the facts of my case to the judge when cps tried to stir the pot. I will definitely come back to him with any legal problems i have!

He stopped pushy CPS social worker dead in her tracks with mostly bogus accusations right in her tracks. He let her know we had representation that they could not just barge into our loving home without proof. He basically played her game... If you have enough proof, not just allegations, take us to court. Brad said, "I will represent family." CPS backed off without the court intervention(abuse of power) they kept threatening, if we did not give in to their every whim and demands. We are eternaly grateful we hired him. He also refered us to an amazing private family counselor that works for us, not the system, and we can definately say we are better off now than we ever were. No more CPS surprise visits, beautocratic government hoops to jump through to please the system, no more recorded coherced statements, just help for our family. Superb attorney! Kids belong with their parents attitude! Don't fight the government (CPS) alone. You have constitutional rights. Even if you could use some help and are not the perfect parent, call Brad. completed my expungement in under 45 days! He also cleared 17 traffic warrants and got them each dismissed. His staff is excellent, and efficient, and made sure I was notified of court and that my business was taken care of swiftly so I appreciate them for getting my life on track. He even took payments !
