I was the victim of domestic violence while I was 23 weeks pregnant & filed for a protective order. After our children were born and spent two months in the NICU our family attorneys and the judge over our case wanted to arrange a meeting for my exhusband while the children were in the NICU. Unfortunately the hospital social worker decided that I had reconciled my now ex-husband and not only had him arrested, but filed a CPS report. My ex-husband did not act out & did not harm our children. Even when he was wrongfully being arrested, he stayed calm. The charges were dropped three days later. I was naïve and believed that the CPS caseworker was only trying to determine if I had reconciled with my ex-husband which I had not. She told me that she had reached out to my family attorney for clarification but never did. I was mortified, shocked, embarrassed & angry to learn I had been given a reason to believe neglect occurred sanction. I am a professional & my family attorney advised that I seek the services of a CPS attorney. I found Brad’s website and reached out to him. We put together our evidence and presented the facts to the case specialist. I am happy and relieved to report that we won the appeal and my name has been removed from the central registry. Government related appeals take time so I would and recommend being patient during the process & knowing your case well. I am very pleased with the results I received from Brad.

Mom and I found ourselves pinned to the wall with no hope in site. We where intimidated and in the middle of a safety plan with our daughter 80 miles away with grandma but Following Mr Scalise lead and recommended counselor we were able to take control of our situation and in a time frame that I was being very unrealistic about (for our situation and my attitude towards it) the safety plan was lifted!!! Let me also say that CPS and thier counselor had mom and me on the edge of separation and completely turned on each other! He sent us to our "now" counselor that not only helped us see how well off we already were but how much better we are capable of being as a family. This man literally saved our relationship with our daughter and ourselves! The best thing you can do for your family is call!

I wish I could give ZERO stars. This lawyer has no sense of urgency when getting back to clients. I called and left voicemails for four days straight before I got one call back. I provided my information and the assistance I needed and then nothing. I had to hire someone else. If you need something done immediately this is not the lawyer for you.
