I have a pretty good experience. And first person of contact was Jennie. She was nice and kept me informed about my case. And always called back in a timely manner. Yes the wait time was long but with a person like her who kept me updated always put my stress level on worrying about my settlement at easy. I thank her for keeping my updated on any changes and appreciated. Yes I would recommend Park's Law Firm .

Timely manner? Amber is responsive? Okay, I’m sorry but this has NOT been my experience. Amber never calls me back, I’ve not gotten updates, it’s been over six months since I finished PT and still nothing. “We’re waiting on medical records.” “You can try to get them to speed up the process.” What?? How long do you plan on waiting before you take action? Why are others getting such great and timely service but I’m being left in the dark? I don’t even leave reviews online but this place is so unhelpful! Amber has never once answered the phone when I’ve called. Called me back ONE time after the countless attempts I’ve made. I’ve never screamed at her. Never cursed at her. Never given reason for such unprofessional service. (As if I need to make an excuse for the lack of response, but still…) Why am I being asked to get stuff for y’all? I gave you EVERYTHING you asked for, had all information you needed before you needed it (except medical recs), and y’all even dropped my fee bc there was no work that really needed to be done on your part (which I DO appreciate), but dang this is insane! Can someone act like they care about their clients?

I have a case with them and I can't even get a phone call or any updates on what my status is on the case. My lawyer has never contacted me about anything I have to call him... smh... been already 6 months and I send text messages and hardly ever receive a response...

Id love to share my personal experience with Amber. I’ve been periodically visiting the office for about two years now and she is just a doll. Any request that I may have through phone or In person she is very prompt to respond. I would highly recommend asking for her directly should you have any questions or inquiries about the law office or motor vehicle accident.
