Parks Law Firm was my first call after my accident. The lady who hit me was dodging her insurance company’s phone calls for weeks, but Parks Law Firm was relentless! They got them to accept fault and helped me with getting my car fixed. From start to finish, I had a great experience. Their customer service is top notch! I would 100% recommend Parks Law Firm and their team.

Did a great job handling my case after a vehicular accident. Each step of the process was walked through by an experienced firm that wants to make it as easy as possible while you’re dealing with the physical aspects of an accident as well as the insurance. I definitely recommend this firm as they treated me right.

Poor communication, took almost a year & im pretty much still in the same condition from my car accident. I almost pretty died but who cares right? They just want money. ANYWAYS, so after 9 months they finally agreed for a settlement from the other company. Plus this plus fees and whatever. HONESTLY, THIS JUST GAVE ME A HEADACHE, WASTE OF TIME, & ONLY GOT 3,000$. 🥴🥴 Would I recommend? NOPE. 👎🏻

I definitely don't recommend parks law firm, I could never speak to my case manager, no matter how many times I called, I saw that Thomas Michael replied to the other reviews, tried calling him a few times and he doesn't answer either
