Not happy with this firm at ALL. I didn't seek them out I was connected by a third party as I'm 8 hours away. It takes so many attempts to get ahold of Amber its ridiculous never answers or returns my call. UNTIL I emailed to terminate the contract now all of a sudden I get 2 calls this morning. So when I have a issue with my case and need help I can't get ahold of you but when your paycheck is on the line NOW its time to call. I have Enterprise calling me saying that I'm responsible for the rental as of 6/18 because Progressive (at fault parties insurance) isn't paying for it anymore. The body shop that has my vehicle informed me that Progressive hasn't fully approved repairs on my vehicle. So they won't pay for my rental and won't approve the work and I can't get ahold of the person that's supposed to help me. Being in customer service myself the level of professionalism is at a bare minimum. I just hope in the future with others you all are more personal and treat clients as family instead of just being transactional.

God awful experience so far. Jorge is the one helping us. We were in a car accident back in March and there has been absolutely no communication. We finished physical therapy and have no idea what is next to come or where we stand. There has been no communication from our case worker. My fiance is always the one who has to call Jorge and like 100% of the time we are waiting on "call backs with more information" but nothing as expected. I will never go through Parks Law Firm again nor will I recommend yall to anyone. =( This has been beyond stressful ontop of our already stressful situation. Please assign us another case worker and get this fixed. I have a ton of patience but this is just ridiculous.

I am not sure why there are so many wonderful reviews about this place but I was in an accident in the beginning of September 2021 and for starters, they attempted to send me to a chiropractor that was located 200 miles from my home. I should have know then that these folks do not have their business in order. I was provided this “representation,” if that is what you want to call it, as a result of the at fault driver as well as the driver I was in the vehicles with having the same insurance carriers: I have received ZERO communication unless I reached out to Raquel first, am told every time that it is “not unusual for the necessary documents to take 3-6 months for them to receive.” Problem with that is, it has been the same response for months now. I am BEYOND OVER THID FIRM—-DO NOT HIRE THIS FIRM IF YOU WOULD LIKE YOUR CASE RESOLVED IN A TIMELY MANNER!!

Above and beyond professional experience and timely responses. Would use them again in a heartbeat

Parks Law Firm called me after I was rear-ended in May 2022...they promised me they would take care of everything. Well fast-forward to July 26 after many sleepless nights, and lots of pain, I was assigned a Chiropractor that can't prescribe me an aspirin who ordered a MRI that shows that I'm needing more than the Chiropractor is able to do. I called my "case worker" who said you need to call the Chiropractor. I'm give out.
