Best experience with a firm. Amber was my case manager and very attentive. Always returned calls and kept me up to date. From the beginning to the end with Dulce, everything was amazing. If I ever need a firm, I will be coming back.

Parks Law Firm got my accident with my 11yr old daughter settled in 6 months. Extraordinary service and they kept in touch with things going on with my case. I wasn’t expecting anything researching the other person’s insurance and seeing the negative reviews. But the firm went above and beyond in making sure we got what we deserved. I had a car accident in 2020 (which I wasn’t at fault might I add)Even though it literally took 2 years for my final settlement check to come, the staff here was very kind with good “over the phone” updates on my case. The staff was very kind to me throughout this whole, long process. I do recommend. The only recent thing that was a little bit upsetting was, I was asked which address did I want my check to go to & since I moved, & was told to text them my new address (which I did) so they can send my check to my new residence & come to find out they sent it to my OLD address‼️🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️ Luckily it was someone I can trust that told me I had priority mail over there.
