Very professional and responsive people, My wife got into a car wreck, We had a lot of things going on , first to worry , if my wife will be ok after the wreck how long it take her in the hospital and rehab , second the bills that will accumulate with the wreck , but Parks Law Firm made it stress free . Lelsie and Mr .Parks went above and beyond to help us with the hospital bills , dealing with Insurance companies . Lelsie was very responsive on any questions we had, She Always responded to my phone calls and emails. Thanks to Parks Law Firm that I have no medical bills to worry about. The lawyers are very professional. Although there were times when the lack of communication was a little frustrating but overall a very good experience.

My son and husband had a car accident 6 months ago. Every time my husband calls the firm there is no answer, he has to leave a message and when he gets a call back from the firm they don’t have an answer about my husband’s case, he calls today and they told him that all his and my son’s paperwork is not readable, this is not the first time this happened, I really don’t know if they miss placed the paperwork or they’re fax machine doesn’t work, it has been a nightmare to work with this firm!😡😡😡

Puedo decir que estoy muy contenta con lo servicio’s de esta Firma. Para empezar, al entrar me dan un saludo con una sonrisa, enseñandome que están muy contentos en recibirme. Después me ofrecen algo de tomar mientras espero. Llega personalmente el Sr. Mejia o el Sr. Parks, y me saludan. Pasamos ala sala de conferencia y empiezan en detalles los pasos de mi caso. Mi aseguranza me los recomendó para ser ayudada en un hit and run, les di las placas el nombre de la sra que me pego y ni asi pudieron ayudar. Desde un principio debieron haberme dicho que ellos no podrían hacer nada. Pense que para eso ellos estaban para ayudar ala gente dañada pero no, asi no sin las cosas. No deberian ser recomendados por nuestras aseguranzas. 👎

I highly recommend this law firm for personal injury and car accidents! I have referred them several clients, and in the end they are always very happy with their outcome. In my experience they seem to get better settlements than most firms.
