I can't understand the bad reviews listed. This firm started late in my case because I fired a previous firm. This firm was very caring, and did everything possible to make all the best moves for me. It only took 10 months and I just left them alone for the most. Let them work and received all compensation 10 months later. I highly recommend The Parks Law Firm.

If I could give 10 ⭐️ I would! Parks law firm really helped me change my mindset on accident and I injury attorneys! It’s not about what they can get out of a client, it’s about genuinely helping those going through an unexpected accident crisis! I was hit by another driver and my car was totaled. I was devastated and John (PARKS LAW FIRM) helped me every step of the way. He was very knowledgeable with my case and eased my mind and made the transition of my case run smoothly. I must say it was positively refreshing having him and the firm handle my case. John was very responsive in communicating with me and gave me updates on my case. Every time I needed to speak to someone at the firm, they were always available, helpful and professional. They also made sure I was fully aware of all the possibilities and outcomes of my case.They also made sure I had the best of the best health care and took care of my pain. Starting off this firm is great!!! Getting into a wreck is never fun and also stressful. The parks law firm helped me and took away that stress. My case manager Amber was not only helpful but very responsive. Always there to answer my questions and took the time to explain everything to me in detail. She made this process so easy and I'm forever grateful for her. Would definitely recommend this firm to anyone in a wreck.

Overall this firm was great , excellent service . Saul was very patient and helpful. He took care of everything in a timely matter, he’s very efficient and friendly . He made sure I was updated on everything going with my case . He made this process a lot easier for me. I highly recommend them .

stay away from these people , they are liars very unprofessional and do not do what they say they will , big waste of time

Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. DO NOT use this firm. They are unresponsive, do NOT care about you AT ALL. The settlement they got was weak at best and didn't even get my lost wages back. Was told it would be 14 days to get my pathetic check and then was told it would be closer to 60 and they can't do anything about it. They won't even make calls to the insurance adjuster to inquire. LAZY!!!!! Spoke with one of their charming Legal Assistants A#^&R and she couldn't care less and has been really rude through out this whole thing. They DO NOT advocate for you and clearly don't care about accident victims, all they do is send a letter and MAYBE make a call to someone and then take 34% of your settlement. I don't think this Parks guy even exists as I have never spoken to him once and always get some excuse as to why I can't speak with him. Just a horrible experience all around.
