I wonder if these paid actors the one that giving good reviews..? Cause this place will make you lose your mind my patience have left the building now !! All I feel is disappointment and anger!!!!

My accident happen june 20 23 i have alex as a caseworker i always have to contact him and my case is back with the insurance wit demand letter was told it would take 2 weeks to hear something back now he says he doesnt know how long its going to take

Very happy with Parks Law Firm, the whole process was explained to me in details, my case manager Alex Rodriguez answered my questions all the time. My compensation for the accident was better that Ive expected it. Will recommend them in a heart beat!

They took so long and never kept their word on any of the things they said. From them getting me my damages check to when id get my check. They never called me I had to call them they took 1200 and I got 1200 which is literally half of what was left from the Dr. I was screwed out of 3800 plus 1200 because of them

Well there’s a lot of things I could say, my experience was terrible, I’m going to leave all the lies aside, my case is closed and I lost my car, why? It turns out that the dealership got a call from the junkyard the car was sitting, the first lawyer that was in charge of my case was Joel, he asked me for the info where my car was located and told me he was gonna get it out and to get it fixed, I never got calls back SUPER LACK ON COMMUNICATION, the junkyard got in contact with the dealer as parks law didn’t and the dealer took the car and they owned the car back since it was left for so long, mid case now Saul was in charge of me but I didn’t even receive news from that… communication is horrible, now I lost my car

My parents, Anita & Reynald Tovar, are having a horrible experience. Jorge was our case manager. Not once has he initiated a call. I was told a few days ago when I called that he was no longer working for the firm. This was after 1 year and couple of months of him supposedly working on my parents case. I would call and he was always saying we are waiting on billing or waiting on whatever. Always some excuse. All he needed to do was ask me i had everthing required to get the ball rolling. Was nobody gonna call us and let us know and let statued of limitations expire. Fortunately I called. Melissa told me about Jorge no longer working there. I explained to her that Jorge had been horrible and that I had to do all the leg work and that I felt as the amount that will be charged is unreasonable since I was the one doing all the work the attorney was supposed to be doing. She told me Joel was gonna handle my parents case and that she needed my parents info. I gave her the info and what do you know what had been taking several months got done in a day just because they told me what info was needed. Joel has taken over our case, apparently and said he was in charge of overseeing the other case managers. I'm still apprehensive because if he was overseeing the case managers why did what Jorge was doing go on for so long. Hopefully this will go better and I'm also hoping we didn't miss any deadlines due to Jorge's legal malpractice. I'm still feeling overcharged now that all this has happened the way it has. I would be willing to give a lawyer that was actually doing his job this amount how do you think It feels when me and my parents are the ones stressing about this case. Hopefully I will be able to update this review once things start moving forward correctly. But for now this is a 1 star review. Let's see if Joel can be an improvement and move things along more expeditiously and communicate better
