This was my first experience with an injury lawyer and I hope to never need the service because Parks Law firm was awful. The experience started off with the attorney not even taking a statement on the incident. After I complained about the attitude that I was getting from the attorney she stated that it was due to being busy - we all are. I’m the client here. They were never able to get in contact with the third party that was at fault and my insurance paid for all the additional costs. The effort put into my case was minimal and the customer service for horrible. I do not recommend Parks Law Firm - it’s all about the numbers - they don’t care for you as a client.

I really had high hopes for this law firm, but it seems like everyone there arent for the people . Today had marked 90 days since my wreck, and every time I start wondering for an update, I am the one who has to call. I see other reviews on “Denise” which is who I have and I don’t think I’m getting anywhere with her either. I really just want to be done with this situation and feel comfortable k owing that the person working the claim has empathy and tactful skills with situations like these. I was told “the money is their main focus, and she’s not there to sympathise with me”. It was true but still very harsh to say to someone in a situation like this.

i had overall great experience with Parks Law, they did exactly what they promised me from the beginning and got me every dime they could from my lawsuit.

Don't do it. Run. And heaven forbid you get Jorge as your representative. No phone calls. Only text messages. Barely communicates. No definite answers. Gets information wrong. Told them to just cancel everything and I'll fix my car on my own. Just don't do it.
