James Ames was referred by a colleague. James and Myra reviewed relevant factual details and paid to obtain medical records on the matter. James also performed numerous hours of legal research on the case. Even though his firm decided not to proceed with the matter, I would recommend his firm to anyone looking for an ethical, hard working attorney. I hope I never have the need for counsel again, but if I do, I will definitely call on James.

Last year, I was involved in an auto accident when someone pulled out in front of me and caused me to t-bone them. My right arm/hand was injured really bad, which caused me to need surgery as a result of the wreck. I knew that I needed some type of representation if I wanted to move forward with a case against this person that caused the accident. I knew James Ames handled these types of cases and without hesitation, I called him to see if he would be able to take my case. I am so glad that I made that decision! I was also fortunate to work with his paralegal Myra, and they were able to go over the entire process with me, answer all of my questions and clarify anything that I was unsure about. Myra was awesome and I established a close relationship working with her through this process. She handled my case with such care, was extremely thorough, and she really took the stress off of me when it came to handling all the paperwork and getting all the information needed for my case. She understood that it is already a stressful time, and she did a really great job at making everything run as smooth as possible. In the end, we had won the case against the other party! I received a nice settlement due to my pain and suffering and was able to pay off my medical bills which was a huge relief! I hope I'm not ever injured like that in the future, but if I ever am, I would definitely use Samples Ames to handle my next case...Also, if anyone asks me who I used for mine, I would definitely refer them to anyone needing a great legal team to represent them too.
