Honestly, the way my case has been handled, I believe this firm is a scam. I was in a car accident over 3 years ago and the attorney handling my case has changed 3 times. There has been little to no communication regarding my case. It has been mostly myself and the person in the car accident with me to reach out to the firm. The hospital and medical facilities I had to visit as a result of my accident have been reaching out to me requesting payment. They have said they are waiting for the firm to follow through but have not received anything. I have had confirmation that my settlement covers the bills and then some but still, over 3 years later, nothing. I have emailed client support and nothing. This has been a horrible ordeal. I have zero confidence in this firm.

I have had 5 different attorneys in 1year and 4 months. I am just another statistic. They signed me up, put me in the pipeline, and continue to look for another sucker. I was in a wreck and nearly died. They did not verify any information. Did not check the sceene, did not interview witnesses, Nothing! BEWARE! RUN! SAVE YOURSELF! Please don't be fooled like me. Read the review, the majority are a paid for by a contest drawing. Today 02/29/2024 I am leaving this company. Please read closely the negative comments! Bad news! I nearly lost my life, do they care? NO! They will not care about your case either.

Two stars for how quickly they responded. I reported my claim on 9.10.23 for a laser hair removal burn I suffered on my face/neck on 9.9.23 from an incompetent esthecian at firewheel salons (Cynthia zhang/ibeauty medspa). I spoke to Adrianna Nunez on 9.11.23, explained my story and sent pictures. After explaining everything, she said give her a minute to consult with someone about whether they would be able to help with my case. She came back saying no they wouldn't and when I asked why she said she's not privy to why which was very sketchy/annoying. Was it because its a hard case to win? Not enough money to be made by attorneys? Just give me some reason so I can figure out what to do. Then she said she would refer me to other lawyers who MIGHT be able to help. I asked her why would I want to explain the whole traumatic ordeal again just to possibly be told no again. She then got a bit snippy and was like well you can take the information or not. I said fine and next thing I know the call is ended with no further information. Do better.

I read all of the reviews that people are leaving about the law firm office. How they got so much money. I got hurt very badly in a hit and run. I am still having pain in my right hand and left foot. I was told they law firm office didn't work with any hand dr or foot dr. My lawyer didn't fight hard for me she acted like she had my back 2000% .She didn't give a fat rat about me as long as she got paid. The Adjuster didn't want to give me any money for my pain and suffering. So the money for my Dr bills I will take that money and make payments for my Dr bills. Then I must pay my wife Dr. bills because she is back in the hospital fighting for her life with a very bad infection in her legs. I already know that the law firm is going to have thier lawyer back no matter what. I am just a norther customer that bring in money for them.

This law office has not done right by my child and I sand the only thing I can relate it to is us being in a homeless shelter at the time I called to seek help. We have not be treated fairly, with respect or with compassion. Bounced around from one attorney to another who is not reading our case file and lying about getting our billing and records. There’s no communication as of May 2023 they stop communicating and I have to reach out monthly for an update. As of August 2023 I was informed by their office manager that they lost our files in office. Which I have told them I will be filing a complaint with the Texas board of attorneys as this type of behavior is not okay. To intentionally delay our case and have this type of poor unethical behavior and conduct is unacceptable and alarming. At this point I’d rather talk with the owner of the company as these attorneys seem to be ruining his name and reputation in Texas with little regard to their clients cases. 12/07/2023- Update to this horrific situation. Again run as fast as you can from this law office. Don’t let them represent you especially if you are special population and a minority. They will not handle your case properly. Back when I made the first review I was told that they would place my case in litigation and file a suit, as of today that has not been done. They have yet again transferred my case to a new attorney in a poor unethical behavior to stall my case and not represent my child and I properly as if they forget they are held accountable by the Texas State Bar and the company can be sued for their negligence and unethical behavior and conduct which they have let become a pattern and I have all the evidence to file with the State Bar, the better response t business bureau and for a another law office to pick up this case for their own behavior. I have spoken to office managers, attorney managers who all simply say the same thing. I will ensure that everyone who has been involved will be held accountable and responsible for their unethical behavior, conduct and practices The fake responsibility from the team is unnecessary and you know exactly what the problem is and how you are not doin go anything to fix the situation so again I will follow through. I will not reach out to the Capp program as this is beyond mediation a year later and my case has no movement my accident happened 12/04/2022 where a man ran a light and slammed into the city bus.
