Lack of communication and slow responsiveness from attorneys
“I was bounced around to I can't even remember how many lawyers. My settlement after documenting a herniated disc, missed work, stress, etc. Barley covered my medical bills. The craziest part. IT TOOK OVER A YEAR AFTER MY SETTLEMENT TO GET MY PAYMENT... LOL. INSANE. Calling and calling and getting no communication on why I'm not getting paid.”

High staff turnover and clients being passed between multiple attorneys
“Had at least 7 different Attorneys handling my case over a 10 month period; which is ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS! Not notified of Attorney/Legal Asst "changes" most of the time, unless I called to get Case Updates.”

“I had to obtain some of my own outside paperwork, because they were not FOLLOWING-THROUGH, as they SHOULD HAVE, with outside providers. I was also asked to "Turn in Documents" that I had ALREADY TURNED IN to previous Attorney's and/or their Legal Assistants.”
