Case closed near end of 2022! If I could give ZERO STARS, I certainly would. I do not recommend! Had at least 7 different Attorneys handling my case over a 10 month period; which is ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS! Not notified of Attorney/Legal Asst "changes" most of the time, unless I called to get Case Updates. Continuously asked to REPEAT the SAME INCIDENT DETAILS w/each previous Attorney & Legal Assistant change; from beginning to end, as obviously NO ONE was adding/updating CASE NOTATIONS, per each phone conversation. I had to obtain some of my own outside paperwork, because they were not FOLLOWING-THROUGH, as they SHOULD HAVE, with outside providers. I was also asked to "Turn in Documents" that I had ALREADY TURNED IN to previous Attorney's and/or their Legal Assistants. There were 3 out of these 7 Attorney changes on my case, to LEAVE THIS FIRM to go elsewhere (High Employe/Attorney Turnover Rate, obviously). Two of them verbally told me over the phone; the other one, I fould out after I called & was "Transferred to my New Legal Team." At that point, this just INTENSIFIED my case being passed on from one hand to the next EVEN MORE; like a dinner plate around the kitchen table. THIS NONSENSE added even more MENTAL & EMOTIONAL EXHAUSTION, with DISTRESS to my situational injuries & recovery treatment processes, that were already bad. Learned my Lessons. I Pray 🙏I'm never in another accident. But if I am, I definitely will not LOOK THIS WAY, ever again, for help. Thought this was a Name & Firm I could TRUST? My ONLY CONSOLATION was the very last Attorney, assigned to my case (Allison Horton); who was the ONLY ONE WHO SEEMED to GENUINELY CARE about HELPING me to get my Case CLOSED, ASAP. She followed up and through on EVERYTHING, by consistently and constantly staying in touch with me personally. Her attention to great details and oversights, in noticing multiple omissions from previous handlings of my case, MADE the NECESSARY DIFFERENCE. Simply IMPECCABLE. Attorney Horton showed so much Empathy, Passion, Compassion, and Concern for my sustained, car accident injuries/personal feelings overall. She re-worked my case from SCRATCH (as if she was my 1st & only Attorney from Day 1), by doing ALL she could to GIVE her ALL into my case, and NOTHING LESS. Honestly, I wish I could have hand-picked Attorney Horton as my only, personal Attorney from the beginning. It doesn't work like that, in this firm, unfortunately. Nonetheless, I'm so GRATEFUL & THANKFUL. She was my Heaven-Sent, Angel 😇💓over my case. TERRIFIC ATTORNEY, who literally and sincerely CARES about the well-being of her Clients first, and their Cases.
