I didn’t use the service of this law firm because they were not professional. I was referred by someone who used their service. I don’t like to stereotype my African people when it comes to rendering services, I haven’t had any good experience especially African lawyers. I spoke with the lead counsel Elisa Kumadey regarding my family law case she was just too rude on the phone. This lady was talking to me like she was talking to a 5year old. She asked what was my case all about I told her it’s a temporary order for divorce. She said NO it’s not. That I need to know my court case. Last time I check I didn’t study Law. That was the reason I want to hire her. She said I need to know about my case. Then she hung up. That’s not appropriate to talk to people that way. Even if your service is good you have to be professional.

Ms Elisa and her staff are very professional. She is always cool, listens client concerns with patience and provides exact proper answer. She helped me to get divorce from my spouse. Whenever I had a question, she is always just a phone call away. She leaves the client feeling relaxed, less stressed and hopeful about whatever issues one presents to her. She indeed knows her stuff. I have been privileged to experience her services and do attest to the fact that she comes highly recommended.
