Glad I read the reviews. As others mentioned he's part of the metlife legal plan. I reached out about my case but never recieved a response to my email request. Looking elsewhere before I waste any more time.

Same as others have noted. Attorney is not responsive. Not professional to completely ignore people for 8+ days even with multiple follow-ups. It is so easy to just write "I'm very being right now, I will need to get back to you in a week."

This law firm helped us a lot all the way through getting my green card from F1 to Getting my physical card. They were also very good in communication and tried their best to satisfy our needs. For example, I needed my papers to be submitted and done as soon as possible and they got it together more/less than a month. I also wanted to thank the legal Assistant, Ashley and the others that was constantly communicating with me through email and phone to get all the things ready. I also liked how they have a free consultation at the very beginning which helped me decide whether they are the right people for my case. Nayar was also very good in answering all my inquiries. They will stay with you until you get what you needed. They also offered a payment plan which helped us a lot. They were very patient and understanding. Highly recommended!

In my case, I did not feel like Michelle zealously advocated on my behalf. Instead of exploring various options and empowering my decision-making, she employed scare tactics to influence my decisions. For instance, when I requested a remote appearance for a pre-trial conference, she discouraged it by emphasizing the unlikelihood of approval rather than attempting to secure the remote appearance. Her response to my persistence on this matter was, "It's your warrant," a statement that felt both dismissive and alarmist. Moreover, her communication style did not match my expectations for a lawyer-client relationship. Her approach seems primarily geared towards efficiency, likely due to her flat rate for jury trials, which might explain her motivation to minimize time spent on cases. While this could be seen as a cost-effective method for some, it did not serve my interest in pursuing a fair and thorough examination of my legal options. Ultimately, In my opinion, while Michelle Poblenz is highly effective for those looking to settle quickly, her practice may not suit those who wish to challenge their legal issues more vigorously.

I regret to say that my experience with this attorney has been disappointing. Despite their qualifications, they have consistently failed to respond to calls, been sluggish in replying to emails, and have demonstrated incompetence in filing simple paperwork. Their lack of communication and inefficiency have made it incredibly frustrating to work with them. I would caution others to consider alternative legal representation. HE SUCKS!!!!
