Hired Justin for my divorce case. His experience help resolve issues successfully and relieved burden from me (his client).

I was referred to Justin by EAP. I did an initial consult with him and hired him for my divorce case. He started ghosting me and would give lame excuses if and when he answered the phone. He screwed my case in all possible ways. Never spent time preparing for a hearing, never discussed what ramifications are needed. He is very unprofessional and should be avoided at all costs. He will make you and your case look like a joke in front of the Judge and am sure any NCG attorney can beat him.

Mr. Ewert did a fantastic job settling my case (avoiding a judgement against me) for me and took a huge weight off my shoulders. Upon our initial meeting, he took the time to listen to my concerns and ask what my desired outcomes were. He did exactly what I asked in buying me time to build up my savings reserve and then surpassed my expectations when meeting with the other side to negotiate the best deal possible for me.

We went to see him regarding a business matter. He was nice enough in person. He talked to us for about 10 minutes, and gave us a stack of paperwork to fill out. Later that day, he emailed us a little information,asked us a question and that was the last time we heard from him. I emailed him several times because I had questions about some of the paperwork and NEVER got a response - over the course of 2 months! We didn't hire him because he has not communicated with us! Do NOT recommend

Hired this attorney to work my case. He did an average job, however, neither him nor his office staff are very responsive. Had to constantly call him and leave messages (that were not being returned) and call him again until I got him on the phone. He is not very detailed and always in a rush. He deserves a 2 star review, but not higher.

I was being represented by a lawyer that was old & I was not aware of his health issues! Was not exactly happy with the results and how the case was going in court . After a year of paying this lawyer almost $50,000 for basically nothing ~ I thought the ending result of my case did not look good!!!!! I had seen Justin E Ewert (Partner in firm) name on the other door in the office & he went with me a few times to just have my case rescheduled..... litttle did I know that he was just getting caught up on my files & case. I new he was doing homework & my case was not exactly easy but he is smart & researches every detail. At that time I asked if he would represent me instead of my current lawyer. He said "that was his plan" I believe it was the 2nd time we actually were having to go on the stand , he brought up something that was in a previous court hearing (with the other lawyer) and asked a question to the father , and boom he caught him in a lie !!!!! I am and will forever be grateful for Justin E. Ewert ! The most amazing part is he new i had already spent basically $50,000 for the previous lawyer , he never asked me for anything !! I do know that I hope he was given the $$$$ since HE WON MY CASE !!!!!

I ran a stop sign because the view of the sign was blocked my an 18 wheeler illegally parked in front of a sign that says no parking. Justin told me to email him the information and he would work on my case. I tried to contact him after I sent him the information but didn't have luck getting in contact with him. It wasn't until after court that he responded, well someone that works for him, and said I would have to pay $200 for attorney fees and that's when employee benifits with my company. I had attorneys offer me $50 to work the same case. If you want someone who is obviously about money and not his clients this is the guy for you.

I had a case where I was a customer who was defrauded into thinking that I needed a specific good and I did not. This cost me thousands of dollars or an unjustified product purchase. Justin worked my case like he was the person that was unjustly sold a product that was not really needed. Just successfully was able to get my money back and punitive damages for my troubles. Justin kept me up to speed on my case every step of the way and his staff was attentive in getting back to me in a timely manner. I would gladly recommend him and continue to use him in the future. He protected me like he was protecting his own interest. He valued me as his client.

Highly recommend this attorney. Could have been a very difficult, contentious divorce, but Justin handled everything in the best interest of my children. He educated me on all stages of the proceedings and kept me thoroughly informed throughout.
