Very helpful and informative

The judge made an illegal ruling that would have destroyed our family. Tommy Carter called her out on it on an appeal and won the case for us. We are forever thankful

I know few people and have recommended Michelle to few that has used her in their case and has always come on top of their cases and done excellent job and has manage to get done what other lawyers haven't been able to

Extremely helpful! What a blessed day it was when we found her. Haven't seen someone work so hard for her clients and make you feel as though things may turn out alright! Extremely knowledgeable about the law and has a vast amount of insight to how to keep the client on the right track. Many reviews will say otherwise! I say those are the same people who lie to lawyers! Regardless, she's charismatic and honest about how far she's willing to work for you! I had to chase her down to find out how my court case ended up over a week later. Multiple phone calls, text messages, voice mail was always full, emails unanswered. I sent in video evidence to dispute the ticket which I was told was entered into evidence. When I called the court they said no dispute was made and no evidence was ever entered. It wasn't until I threatened to call the Bar Association I got a call back and then the started quoting the hundreds of dollars it would cost me to refute her actions. WORST ATTORNEY I'VE EVER USED.

Was a pleasant experience. No run around. Straight forward. Explained everything I was asked about. Helped out with a high speed ticket from DPS.

Michelle was the nicest sweetest person in his whole experience that I had for 2 years she is a shark in court she got everything she wanted when she went to court for me and I got to say if you want the best she is the one to call she is not about getting rich off of anybody her and her team are amazing I started this whole thing out myself filling motions she had to go in and fix everything I was a determined parent and I had the courts in the mother at my throat no matter how much proof that I was a better provider without Michelle none of this would have been possible and I'm so thankful I would suggest anybody and everybody if you need a good lawyer she's the one to call

Mrs. Poblenz represented me on a ticket and I will say this- the Poblenz law firm is now our new law firm of record. If you want an attorney who listen, explains, and works hard to get you the best possible outcome then this law firm is thw one! And I will say this, my ticket was not an easy one but the Poblenz law firm was still able to get us a favorable outcome. I without a doubt would recommend them every time now. A lot of lawyers and businesses tell you what they think you want to hear and it basically is lip service to get your business but the Poblenz law firm never told us anything misleading and set our expecting with realistic outcomes. I 100% respect that and appreciate it!
