How the bar hasn’t pulled his license is beyond me. He is a snake in the grass.

I had a legal issue regarding an accident with a scam artist looking for money, and Tom was right there. He let me know what to expect and what we were going to do in court. He showed up and waited with me throughout the whole process. He had everything prepared and his plan worked. Everything was dismissed and I was able to move on.

Tom helped me seal my record of a misdemeanor theft case from 2 years ago! He was very easy to work with, easy to contact and kept up with me the whole time. All of this awesome work was done within 3 weeks! Very pleased! Thank you Tom, for everything!

I hired Tom some time ago to handle my MJ case, he was able to handle the case quickly, and without too much pain to me. Since, i have referred him several friends, who he has handled with the same speed and confidence that he handled mine!!! Definitely a pleasure to work with.

After problems and violence had found their way into my home life, Tom helped me to not only maintain keep my kids and home, but he got my (now ex) husband served with child support papers. My life has gotten so much better since Tom worked my case. Thank you!!!

Prepared two Last Will & Testaments, but when we requested them - he could not find them. Assured us that he had them, because he never throws anything out. He supposedly searched for a month, which he then stated that he, "found alot of documents during that time, just not ours". He told our attorney that when his answering machine gets full - he has his staff erase the messages. Only way to contact is by text messaging, which he occasionally responds to.

Tom said he would keep us dated about the case, never heard from again after the first meeting (paying him). His voice mail was always full, never responded to emails or text. Very disappointed because he promised so much and delivered nothing.

Mr. Willbern should not be allowed to work as a lawyer defending mothers and thier children. He provided nothing in return for my money but a hard time and the run around. He should return the money. He knows he doesnt deserve it. His voice mails stay full so he can monito rhis calls. Doesnt return calls or e-mails. I Feel he has too many of his own personal problems to be getting invoved in such cases as these.

Tom is after money and let my family case sit and did nothing for over a year. He never returned my money or practiced law I would like to form a group who will take him to the state bar. Letstoptom at gmail.

Tom promised alot, but achieved little except to have me meet him at a bank and pay him cash. He left his office unlocked, I walked in once and found lots of client documents laying about for anyone to read or take. I finally had enough when he let my case DWOP (that is letting a case I won be dismissed because of his failure to perform. Tom, if you have a problem with this review, know that the Truth is an affirmative defense. I still want my money back, I had to refile and prosecute the case all over again after your failure to timely file the agreed contempt order.

Mr Willbern is knowledgeable in many areas of law, including family law and criminal practice. He is one of the hardest working attys I have used and highly recommend. He is very understanding and reasonable, no frills, very well respected and known in the court system.
