When you pay for a service, understand that you have cheap and inexperienced options out there, and this place is not either of those. Matter of fact Jason Oxner is a master of his craft. So ask yourself, what is having such an experienced and knowledgeable probate lawyer in your corner worth to you !? I took much Comfort in retaining just that with this law firm during my unforeseen and untraveled path through this process and was greatly relieved to know that Jason knows this process so well he could simply rattle the entire process off to me in a few minutes over the phone. Now understand that each case is different and I am speaking only of my particular circumstance. All I can say is I would be entirely lost without such an experienced attorney, and I likely saved money buy not having to fire 2,3 or 4 lesser knowledgeable and capable attorneys through my process. So my advice is to pick the correct attorney the 1st time, you’ll find you will save money and time in doing so. Highly recommended.
