Occasional miscommunication or scheduling issues with staff
“Towards the end, Annie and paralegal James showed their true colors. An accident happened where Annie was supposed to show up to court and I didn't have to make a appearance if she showed up. Needless to say I guess it was an scheduling miscommunication and she didn't go.”

“Our first phone conversation she wasn't prepared and had no information for us. I was very understanding but wanted her to speak with my son so he'd understand the seriousness of what was happening after all she was paid to represent him. She said there's nothing I can say to him… I was confused but again gave her the benefit of the doubt.”
