Could be fantastic representation. Wouldn’t know. They never got back with me. So tired of the inconsideration of calls going unreturned. At the very least, consider the reviews and word-of-mouth.

Recently my wife and I decided it was time to revise and update our wills as the existing ones were made when we had dependent children. Because our children are now all adults, we knew it was long past time for an update. We scheduled an initial visit with Beth Serafini-Smith based the many favorable reviews of her practice. We were not disappointed and found Beth easy to work with. One of our family members had the experience of dealing with the estate of relative that died intestate. After listening to the extreme difficulty she had settling that estate, we knew that we did not want that to happen after our passing. Beth was extremely helpful in explaining factors in choosing an executor, the powers of the executor, and the importance for assigning durable power of attorney, medical power of attorney, advance directives and other critical concerns. After she provided a draft, she gave us ample time to review and ask questions regarding all aspects. After our final review and the acceptance of the documents, we wondered why we had put off such an important task for so many years. Beth Serafini-Smith made the process stress-free. I had hired Mrs. Serafini Smith for the estate planning for my wife and me. We did not know much about creating wills or trusts nor what are all the documents we should have in place should one of us become hospitalized and other end of life planning.
