I was from out of state and needed a local attorney for probate. I called Ms. Smith based on the reviews. The reviews are accurate. I hired her during that first call and didn't bother to call the next one on my list. And I don't regret the fast decision. She is a really good attorney. Always right on the ball with questions or her commitments. Always really helpful and empathetic in a really stressful situation. I would recommend her to anyone.

Beth was amazing to work with - we had an extremely complicated will/trust/etc situation. She is very knowledgeable about the best ways to set up your will to achieve what you need/want for your heirs. We had a ton of questions and she was so patient to discuss and explain everything we threw at her! We had worked with another local estate attorney and eventually gave up because that attorney just wasn’t understanding the complexity of our situation. Beth was great to listen, explain and execute what we needed.
