Aggressive, knowledgeable and honest! John Lemos did an amazing job on defending us through the process of modifying our divorce decree. He was never sugar coated things - he was very honest and straight to the point. He didn't promise me anything that he didn't know he could make happen which is something I appreciated. Unlike my ex-husband's lawyer (who was late and unprepared), John was there at the mediation office early and ready to fight. He was a SHARK in that room! He was very aggressive, quick witted, knew his stuff and kept communication with me the WHOLE time, asking me what it is that I wanted and what I think is best for my daughter. He was amazing!! He took the time to explain everything to me, making sure I was comfortable and knowledgeable with what I was agreeing to. When it came time to review the final modification papers that my ex's lawyer wrote up, my husband and I CAREFULLY read it over and over again - all 42 pages. All looked good and ready to go. Yesterday, John emailed me saying he caught a BIG mistake on my ex's lawyers end (we believe was done deliberately in an attempt to screw my husband and I over), and he has the new, corrected papers ready for me to sign. I couldn't BELIEVE he caught that! So, so happy we hired him. Trust me, if you're thinking, "meh, it's modification papers... I don't need a lawyer! It's not like we are getting a divorce... I can do this myself", think again! Apparently ONE little word can change EVERYTHING!!! He literally just saved my husband and I from 10 years of added hell dealing with my ex, not to mention HUNDREDS of extra miles we'd have to drive a year. He was worth EVERY penny. If you're going to fight anything, be sure to arm yourself with the best. John won't disappoint.

Heather Bachman has been helping me for over 2 years. She has become more than just my attorney. She is my shoulder to lean on and confidant during the stressful times. Will Adams and his entire team were recommended to my by a friend after I was involved in a collision with an 18 wheeler.
