I’m sorry, but I wouldn’t recommend this law firm to anyone. The communication is so horrible! They have so many different numbers and they sometimes don’t even answer! Why is there so many numbers?! And the number that is displayed on Google is absolutely useless. I’ve called at least 4 times within the past two weeks to follow up about an email I received on November 6th for setting up dates for a mediation because I never got a response to the email (I responded to the email on that same day I received it 11/06/23). Each and every time I call, someone is telling me that someone will call me back and they never do! I called again today and was told I called after hours since apparently they leave the office at five. Well, how would I even know that when on Google it says the company closes at 9pm! Then today around 6:15pm (11/27/23) I received a phone call from someone (I’m assuming they have a call center) telling me my hearing was rescheduled. I was so confused because I was never informed about a hearing in the first place. I don’t even know what the hearing is about, nothing. Because he couldn’t give me anymore information. If you guys can call me about it being rescheduled, why wasn’t I given a call initially?! The only good thing I have to say about them is that they do work with me if I need to reschedule a payment. Narai is who I always communicate with when it comes to payments and she always gets back to me within 24 hours and is always so pleasant. Other than that, my experience has been truly frustrating. I understand that things take time but still waiting almost an entire month later for a response to an email is crazy and not having someone call me when you say you will, is crazy too.

This company is amazing!!! Speaking and working with Dennis gave me the first full night's sleep in months!! He is kind, intelligent and very understanding. He gave me solutions to what I thought was impossible. He listens and truly cares. I cannot recommend him enough. A miracle worker!!!

They advertise free one time consultation, , but they don't follow through after receiving your information. If the firm is not straight up on the most fundamental service they claim to offer , how could you trust them for anything else ??

I was very impressed with the leadership and work by Ms. Debbie Landwehr. I was the Mediator in charge of a scheduled mediation on Friday, October 5, 2023. on the eve of the mediation, I still did not have the documents I required from the Defendant or the Defendant's payment of my Mediator Fee. At 5:00 PM on October 4, 2023, Debbie took charge and accomplished all of these demands. This mediation would not have moved forward if it was not for Debbie's extra efforts to get the job done. Then, after the case was settled on October 5, 2023, Debbie insured that all settlement documents were signed by the attorneys and the client and returned to me as the Mediator. I appreciate Debbie's extra effort to assist me and the parties to close this case. I am very proud of Debbie's professional work and dedication to her job. Congratulations to Debbie!!!
