We did all the interviews and paperwork. I had two calls with the firm. Everything was good to go and then out of nowhere I get a call and the attorney doesn’t want to move forward. No real reason. I was told to find someone else to handle the case

It was a pleasure working with the Ciments, very friendly people.

The only communication you will get from them is about your payments that are due. After you send the last payment you will not here from them nor get any updates on your case. I had to find out the hard way that I wasted the $900 I paid them and now I'm out of $700 more plus God knows how much more in the future. I reached out to them by sending 4 emails on Monday. It is now Saturday and I have not heard a thing. Safe to say this was wasted time, effort and money. Don't bother acquiring this company, you will not get any help. You will only be out of money.

First I just want to say I highly highly highly recommend this firm. My family and I had a really hard year financially due to things that were out of our control but Dennis and Rick made a difficult situation a little easier. We were able to get our car back right away and make an affordable payment plan. This firm including the front desk assistants, are very professional timely and always stayed in touch for updates or when I had questions. I also want to add that they were very nice and down to earth. I had two children with me and it was never an issue. If you are having troubles or having difficulty with the overwhelming debts definitely give them a call. I will be using this firm for other claims in the future as well!
