Mr. Cooper was very thorough and knowledgeable in all areas of handling my case. This being my first experience in working with a lawyer, I hoped for the best but expected frustration. I was elated with my experience because I not only found a refreshing group of people who genuinely cared about my case, but I didn't have an ounce of frustration to deal with other than my own fears of the unknown. For example, at one point my emotions overwhelmed me to the extent that I couldn't hold them in. Instead of approaching me blank-faced like I was another case number, I felt protected by a friend in a calm professional demeanor. My fears were eased as he explained step by step what the situation was and the realistic possibilities we faced. I was impressed how easy he made everything. Thank you for being the strength and patience that I needed during an extremely difficult experience. I couldn't have asked for a better group of people to work with.

Have not heard from him in over two months. He's possibly done about 2 hours worth of work in the last 6 months, but cannot recommend him, especially since he has my retainer and likely won't refund any of it.

I have not heard back from him over 2 months. None of my questions are ever answered. I undertand that I am not his only client, but I paid a lot of lot to be represented by him and nothing is moving forward.
