I highly recommend Jeff Brashear and his amazing team. If my family or friends needed his services I would rest assured knowing that they have the best possible council and representation available. I was directed to the Donati Brashear Law Firm via my legal insurance plan and hiring Jeff Brashear to represent me was one of the best decisions I've ever made. He is not just a lawyer, he is also a judge. This advantage gives him the personal perspective from both sides of the courtroom which provides him with tremendous insight. He knows what to expect from all parties from the beginning. He laid out a planned course of action and everything went exactly as he said it would. When it came down to "crunch time", he let me know that the final decision was mine and that he was ready to go with whichever choice I made. He so thoroughly explained what would happen based on which option I chose, and the potential outcomes, that I was completely comfortable with an incredibly difficult decision. I was referred to Donati Brashear thru my legal plan with my employer and I must say, it was one of the best decisions I ever made. My son had a situation that required a lawyers attention, and Jeff took on the case. He is an awesome lawyer. I had an issue with my Kia dealer not wanting to replace my vehicle headlights ($2K est.) while under warranty. The headlights were deteriorating, and Kia acted in a biased, favored manner towards themselves by denying any defect or fault in product quality. I reached out to the firm, who provided me with the legal weight and assistance of a professional lawyer who wrote me a demand letter. Ultimately Kia abided by the terms of the demand letter and chose to do right by their contractual agreement and honor the warranty, which replaced my headlights. This case ended up simply resolved, and I am very satisfied with the work and outcome.

Do not use this attorney office. I've been waiting 6 months for a Name change to be done and I'm still waiting on the final certified copy. The other situation went no where after 5 months. I switch Law offices and it was complete in 5 weeks.

Very satisfied with the legal advice

The receptionist was the worst. Not even worth one star. Didn't remember me making the appointment the previous day and booked my appointment with someone who wasn't even in the office today. Then had the nerve to tell me to calm down. I use Hyatt Legal services. She didn't verify my insurance and wanted me to do it as I sat in the conference room.

Made an 30min consultation appointment Monday for day before our case. That day came, Thurs. and our appointment was completely forgotten. The only answer we kept getting was there are "no lawyers in and no one you can talk to". We pushed other lawyer appointments away for her and recieved no help at all.
