I told my son I was having some difficulties selling my house, he had Giovanni from The Z&P Law Group call me. Giovanni asked me about three or four questions which I answered. The next day he called me back and told us he found someone who could pay us $20,000 more than all the other offers. He also negotiated the contract and made sure that the other party was serious and not back out of the deal. He then fixed it so we could stay one month after closing so we would not be rushed out of the house. The closing came and went in two weeks without a hitch! To say that we are extremely satisfied is an understatement ! I am so glad we listened to our son, we highly recommend Giovanni and The Z&P Law Group. Our heartfelt thanks go out to the entire team.
