Laura Bromlow is a very thorough, knowledgeable and professional Attorney. She helped my husband and me to create our family Trust for Estate Planning purposes. She taught us so much about why we need a Trust and why just having a Will and listing each other as beneficiaries on accounts is not quite enough. We are not wealthy millionaires by any means, but we definitely have worked hard to save and accumulate some wealth from which we hope our kids will benefit one day. Laura explained how our Trust will allow these assets/wealth to be easily accessed and protected from future misuse. It also includes directions for how we want our medical care and affairs to be treated should we become incapacitated. My husband and I had a TON of questions and Laura very patiently answered each one and explained alternative scenarios. We are in our 50’s, so we feel so much more comfortable and secure now that we have our Trust. Laura will be doing annual Trust “Check-ups” with us to make sure it continues to fit our needs and to see if anything needs updating. We look forward to working with Laura for years to come because she is such a great Attorney!

Laura was very professional in her dealings with me. She went beyond the expected service in assisting in retitling some of my assets to incorporate them into my trust to assist the executor of my estate when he has to act on my behalf.

I asked Ms Bromlow to give my siblings one last chance to purchase my share of inherited properties without taking them to court, thereby preserving a chance for reconciliation but to finally end their 5-year long stalemate of using the properties for their own purposes without remuneration. Meanwhile, I asked that she represent me in all communications with each of them for the same reasons. Prior attempts on my own to reason with my siblings had become derisive, hurtful, and counter-productive. Laura immediately agreed, contacted each of them and their lawyer with superb diplomatic professionalism - even in the face of constant, obstinate, and contrary behavior from my perspective sibling buyers. Laura suggested options to me at every step, communicated for me and provided my siblings with a step-by-step way to reach a fair agreement outside of court. It was only with Laura's finesse to resolve the conflict, her gift of communication, and her knowledge of law that we were able to avoid the destructive force and aftermath of a court battle. I am happy to be rid of the properties that were useless to me and that my siblings can now do with them whatever they have contrived. For these reasons and her fair accounting of costs, I happily continue to use Laura Bromlow's services to help me in matters of my estate. Dave C
