Great customer service from everyone I dealt with in the office. Always received timely responses. Mr. Durden got me everything I was hoping to get in my case, and I would recommend him to friends and family without hesitation.

Todd Durden took the time to look through every aspect of every possibly for my case. Knowledgeable and experienced. I would refer and recommend him just as he was to me after success on a relatives case. Prepared and ready to follow though, more so than expected from any other legal representation. I had consulted with other lawyers as well.

I hired Mr. Durden to handle the revision of my possession and child support. Mr. Durden's showed genuine concern and understanding of the situation and did a great job of keeping the process moving. On several occasions my ex wife's attorney attempted to delay or extend the process, Mr. Durden handled the situation and was able to get me full custody and termination of child support. Mr. Durden is very knowledgeable in the law and I highly recommend him for child custody and child support.

Our daughter routinely exposed our granddaughter to men who were abusive. The drugs and drinking have always been a huge part in her life. Cps removed our granddaughter from the home. Todd will waste time to make money! Please find yourself a different lawyer, he will talk about his kids and personal life while you paying him, to hire him i goggle for great lawyers and find good reviews about him, maybe thats back in time when he really cared about his career and his clients, i think Todd is ready to retired and don't give two craps anymore. I wouldn't recommend his services, if you don't believe hire him and see him drain your wallet.... because its insane how quickly your savings get drained WITHOUT results.

His resume speaks for it's self.I have 2 very serious legal charges.1) Simple assualt, 2) Interfering with a 911 call. I had never been charged with anything in my life. I had feared the worst. But after sharing what had happen with Mr.Durden, he reassured me that he would take care of these matters in a most professional way. I could now sleep at night .In a matter of months all charges were drop and I recovered my bond as well. I and my wife could not be any more pleased with the outcome. His communication skills,knowledge of the law and his efficiency in how he handled these charges with both the city and county district attorneys office's impressed me most highly.His staff is highly trained and always kept me inform of all matters during this process. I was very impressed and would recommend him to anyone without reservation,at all. Todd Durden is without a shadow of a doubt the absolute worst lawyer I could have ever chosen. I basically paid him to represent my husband because that is exactly what he did after meeting him. My husband, husband's lawyer, and Mr. Durden all became buddies and you would have never guessed he was actually paid to represent me! He actually told me I was going to screw my child up and didn't go after a single thing I wanted. I called his office for a week straight and he was "busy" every time I called and didn't even open his binder with all my information in it until we were sitting in the court room at which point he started asking me what different things were and what they meant. He is lazy and incompetent. After firing him and hiring a new attorney I now see that he lied to me, kept information from me, and really only have me his PERSONAL opinion- not legal advice. Hiring him was the biggest mistake I could have made.

Todd truly cares about his clients. He can empathize with the divorce and custody issues. He has been there. He helps stay on track and is zealous without overcharging and being unreasonable. He and his paralegal is always responsive and helpful.

I highly recommed Todd Durden as an attorney. From the time he took my case on, he has handled it with the utmost care and personal attention. His diligence and his thorough understanding of the law led me to gain the outcome I was seeking... full-custody of my kids (which is often difficult for a dad to achieve.) I highly recommend him (and often do) to anyone!
