Lengthy process and lack of responsiveness from the law firm

“My family member has been going through a lawsuit and this company has taken OVER A YEAR to even talk to a judge. They won't do any research (expecting the customer to do it all, why do we pay them?) Even when you stock pile loads of evidence FOR THEM they continue to brush you off OR ask for it multiple times.”
