He took so much time with me covering my case, walking me through the process, explaining everything thoroughly, and giving me realistic expectations. Theresa was the most thorough, friendly, para legal I know. What a bonus she is to the Carlson group. Regardless of my questions or calls , they were all answered promptly, courteously, and with compassion. Wow- what a wonderful group of law experts!
